This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a small, family-run property. We collect what we need to take a reservation, cook you dinner, answer your email, or consider you for a job, and not much else. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a room or cabin, reserve a table, buy a gift card or event ticket, join our mailing list, contact us, or apply for a job, we collect the details you provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any notes you share with us, such as dietary needs or special requests.
Payment card details are handled by our booking and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to understand how people find and use the site. This includes pages visited, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This information is not used to identify you personally.

Who we share it with
We share information with the companies that run our systems, and only so they can provide their service to us. These currently include Squarespace (website and email marketing), Mews (hotel and cabin reservations), Libro (restaurant reservations), VoucherCart (gift cards and tickets), Lightspeed (restaurant point of sale), Google (analytics and tag management), and Meta (advertising). We may also share information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to measure how our website and ads perform, and to show our ads to people who may be interested in visiting. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can adjust what Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.
If you apply for a job
If you apply through a form on our website, by email, or through a Facebook or Instagram ad, we collect the contact details and answers you submit so we can consider you for the role and get in touch. We use this information for hiring only. We do not sell it, share it with other employers, or add you to our marketing list. If you are not hired, we keep your application on file for up to one year in case something else opens up, and you can ask us to delete it sooner.
How long we keep information
We keep reservation, order, and financial records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. You can also write to us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, and we will do our best to help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or country's privacy laws.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a revised date.
