Junior Sous Chef

Tokeland Hotel & The Wandering Goose are seeking a chef-level leader to join our small yet mighty team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our chef-owner and sous chef in a historic and inspiring setting, creating honest and beautiful food with the best ingredients the Northwest has to offer.

What You’ll Do

  • Cook and lead alongside the chef-owner.

  • Train and mentor younger cooks.

  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and quality.

  • Help build menus that are grounded in simplicity, seasonality, and beauty.
