Breakfast Cook

The Tokeland Hotel is the oldest hotel in Washington State, known for its history, hospitality, and honest, beautiful food made from the best local ingredients. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook all breakfast items to order with consistency and care.

  • Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast station daily.

  • Follow recipes and portion standards while ensuring food quality and presentation.

  • Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times.

  • Assist with prep work for other meals or events as needed.

  • Collaborate with the chef and other staff to maintain smooth service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a breakfast or line cook preferred.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in the morning hours.

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one).
