Breakfast and Lunch

 

Hangtown Fry  $17

A Tokeland Hotel tradition, our version is similar to a frittata.  Three eggs with chopped bacon, onion and four pan-fried fresh local oysters which make for an oyster lover’s treat.  Served with our crispy potatoes.

 

The Sawmill

Fresh buttermilk biscuit, fried chicken, Tillamook extra sharp cheddar cheese and an over easy egg smothered in our sawmill gravy.  Served with our crispy potatoes.

 

The Larry & Mary

Fresh buttermilk biscuit, fried chicken, house bread and butter pickles and Creole mustard all drizzled with Heather’s honey.  Served with our crispy potatoes.

 

Crab and Cheddar

Fresh local crab and Tillamook extra sharp cheddar cheese on Texas toast grilled to perfection. Served with our crispy potatoes.

 

The B.O.L.T.

Our version of a BLT with fried oysters, butterhead lettuce, heirloom tomato, French remoulade and house pepper jelly served on Texas toast. Served with our crispy potatoes.

 

Zac’s Breakfast Burger

House ground chuck, thin sliced grilled sweet onions, American cheese and Comeback sauce. Served with an over easy egg on top and a side of our crispy potatoes. 

 

Po' Boy

Choice of oyster, shrimp, fried chicken or fried green tomato. With tomato, shredded lettuce, house made pickles, French remoulade and pepper jelly on Banh Mi bread. Served with our crispy potatoes.

 

Eggs Benedict*

Two halves of lightly grilled English muffin topped with your choice of sliced grilled ham, crab, fried oysters, our house specialty fried chicken, or the ‘Southern’ (collard greens and heirloom tomato), poached eggs and freshly made Hollandaise sauce.  Served with our crispy potatoes.

 

Biscuits & Gravy

Our Sawmill gravy made with sausage and spices, served over warmed buttermilk biscuit halves, and served with our crispy potatoes.

 

Chicken Fried Pork Chop

Boneless pork chop, pan fried then smothered in our Sawmill gravy. Served with two farm fresh eggs prepared your way and our crispy potatoes.

 

Shrimp & Grits

Fresh shrimp, smoky bacon, shallots and mushrooms served over Boonville stone ground grits

 

Grits & Grillades

Pan seared pork loin and spicy tomato gravy, topped with grated gruyere cheese and served over a big bowl of Boonville grits

 

Tokeland Waffle

Yeast raised waffle served with whipped butter, maple syrup and fresh fruit garnish. You can add fresh blueberries, chocolate chips, or a piece of our fried chicken too!

 

French Toast

Three slices of egg bread dipped into a creamy mixture of eggs, cream, orange juice, vanilla and cinnamon and grilled golden brown.  Served with warm maple syrup.
